A PA Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred but not required. Gaining a PA Real Estate License will be required within 3 months of hire however. A strong desire to eat, breath, sleep and dream Real Estate is mandatory however.

- Some knowledge on home/property maintenance, repairs and remodeling

- Capable of creating and implementing systems to ensure efficient processing of management tasks
Property Manager will be in charge of the following:
- On-boarding of New Rental Units
- Communicating with Landlord-clients
- Dealing with Delinquent Tenants and the Eviction Process
- Collection of Delinquent Rents
- Representing our Landlords in Court
- Ordering and Supervising Maintenance Requests and Repairs
- Business Planning & Implementation for Building Profitability
